European Mixed Poker Championship: Wins for Bokowski, Forsland, and Ryynänen

The European Mixed Poker Championship (EMPC), featuring twelve championship events, takes place at the Olympic Park Casino in Tallinn from October 26 to 31, 2026. Yesterday, the next three champions were crowned. The victories went to Germany, Norway, and Finland.

Event #3: €300 Nordic Blood Mix

The Nordic Blood Mix consists of the following variants: Nordic Fixed-Limit Østfold Razz, Nordic Fixed-Limit Sviten Special, Nordic Fixed-Limit Stud, and Nordic Fixed-Limit 2-7 Triple Draw. 84 players paid the €300 buy-in, and nine places were paid. The prize pool totaled €20,530. Germany’s Nicolas Bokowski won the €300 Nordic Blood Mix at the Tallinn Olympic Park and secured prize money of €6,150. In heads-up play, he defeated Slovenian Blaž Žerjav, the 2025 EMPC Player of the Series and Main Event champion.

Bokowski is a true mixed-game expert and has already played the new variant Østfold Razz extensively with his Scandinavian friends. In 2025, the German player finished in the money four times at the European Mixed Poker Championship, winning a total of €10,890. Bokowski also took third place this week at the Welcomer Big Bet Mix and is aiming for the Player of the Series title.
