Names and images can only be removed by contacting those parties directly, as we do not hold or store any personal data for verification purposes. Consent to publication was given to the casino/organizer and can only be withdrawn with them.

Poker Information Exchange Service GmbH (hereinafter “PokerExklusiv”) is an independent news magazine about poker, lifestyle and entertainment. PokerExklusiv is not an organizer of gambling. Liability for the timeliness, accuracy and/or completeness of the information and data provided is excluded.

  1. As soon as a user has registered with PokerExklusiv, they accept the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Registration with PokerExklusiv requires that you are of legal age. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions and will act in accordance with them. PokerExklusiv reserves the right to block or delete a user account without giving reasons.
  3. You may have your user account deleted at any time without giving reasons. To do so, send an email to office(a)PokerExklusiv.de.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your user name and password confidential. You are likewise responsible for all actions carried out under your user name on the PokerExklusiv websites. You undertake to report any misuse of your access data immediately by email to office(a)PokerExklusiv.de.
  5. The content published on the PokerExklusiv website is legally protected. Reproduction, in whole or in part, in particular for commercial advertising, use or exploitation, requires the prior written consent of PokerExklusiv. Private use is permitted with attribution of the source. For this, written permission is required, which can be requested at office@PokerExklusiv.de.
  6. As a user, you are responsible for holding all rights to the contributions you publish on PokerExklusiv. No third-party rights may be infringed. By publishing, you irrevocably grant PokerExklusiv the unrestricted right of use and exploitation in terms of territory, time and content. This also includes the right to modify, reproduce, publicly display and further develop the content, and to transfer the rights of use to third parties without remuneration. At the same time, you indemnify PokerExklusiv against all claims by third parties that may arise from content published by you. PokerExklusiv is liable for intent and gross negligence; in the case of breach of contractual obligations, only for foreseeable damage. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability of data. Furthermore, links, advertising banners and information from third parties do not constitute a recommendation by PokerExklusiv. PokerExklusiv assumes no liability for their content.
