Grand Casino Lucerne: Ely wins the 38th Poker Circle Swiss Open

The CHF 500 + 50 Main Event of the 38th Poker Circle Swiss Open (PCSO) at the Grand Casino Lucerne concluded yesterday, May 25, without a deal. Ely took home the victory and was delighted with CHF 40,905 in prize money.Of the total 377 entries (265/112), only 26 players remained, but most were from the CHF 188,500 prize pool. ActionFlo Jr. led the 26 players to the final.All players already secured CHF 1,696.50, with CHF 40,905 awaiting the winner. Yves Thalmann, who started the day in second place, had to exit in 15th place (CHF 2,073.50), and the initial chip leader also fell short of taking the title, finishing in 6th place (CHF 6,220.50).Ely, who began the day in 3rd place, ultimately overcame Marcxyz in heads-up play to celebrate the victory and CHF 40,905, while the runner-up received CHF 25,071.The next PCSO will take place in August, but from June 25th to 28th, the Poker Circle Summer Special will provide some exciting variety.
