WSOP 2026: Who Will Be Inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame This Year?

Eight individuals have been nominated for the Poker Hall of Fame Class of 2026 of the World Series of Poker. Among them are Shaun Deeb, Scott Seiver, and Isai Scheinberg.Last year marked the first entry of two players since 2019. However, that was only because Michael Mizrachi made poker history by winning both the $1k Poker Players Championship and the $1k Main Event in a series.As a result, the World Poker Champion was expedited into the hall of fame. Meanwhile, Nick Schulman took the traditional route, receiving the most votes during the selection process.For WSOP 2026, the organizers have slightly adjusted the induction procedure. Living members of the Poker Hall of Fame may cast up to four votes. It doesn’t matter how they distribute their votes among the nominees.To ensure that more than one person can be inducted, a nominee needs to receive at least two-thirds of the eligible votes. Currently, there are 34 eligible voters. This means a nominee needs at least 23 votes to be inducted. If no nominee receives that many votes, the person with the most votes will be inducted into the hall of fame.Eight individuals have been nominated for induction. Seven players and one businessman:
