WSOP
The World Series of Poker (WSOP) was founded in 1970 at the legendary Binion's Horseshoe Las Vegas. After being held at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino from 2005 to 2020, the event returned to the Strip in 2022 and found a new home at Bally’s. At the end of 2022, the resort was renamed, and as a result, the WSOP is now once again taking place at the Horseshoe Las Vegas. In 2024, another milestone in the history of the WSOP occurred: GGPoker acquired the event for $500 million and will now lead the bracelet hunt into a new era of online and live play.
