Sergio Benso has won the $1,500 Pick Your PLO at the World Series of Poker 2026. The Italian took home $1,431 in prize money and was able to wear his first bracelet.Ten players returned for the final of the $1,500 Pick Your PLO (Event #91) at WSOP 2026 at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas. The final table redraw took place right at the first blind level.

Shortly after, Jon Turner ($1,931) lost with a flopped top pair against Sergio Benso’s two pair.In the PLO Double Board, Joshua Stewart ($1,536) was eliminated with against Farhad Jamasi (Boards: / ). In Big O, Maxx Coleman ($1,925) went all-in with on the flop against Steven Liu , who made two straights by the river to scoop the pot.Justin Liberto ($1,007) finished in 4th place. The American went all-in preflop in 5-Card PLO with against Sergio Benso , who hit the board .The heads-up was reached in the 4th blind level. The duel between the two lasted more than four hours. In the end, Sergio Benso emerged victorious. The decisive hand was played in Big O.
