WSOP 2026: Christopher Frank Leads in the Hammer Final of the $100k PLO

There’s a Hammer Final at the $1,000 Pot Limit Omaha High Roller of the 2026 World Series of Poker at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas. Christopher Frank leads ahead of Daniel Negreanu, with Philip Sternheimer also in the mix. The winner can look forward to $1,257,718.The late registration was naturally open on Day 2 of this event as well and was used extensively. In addition to the 50 entries from Day 1, there were 33 more entries, bringing the total to 83 entries that generated a prize pool of $1,968,000. Only 13 spots were paid, and many big names left empty-handed. Michael Mizrachi, Phil Ivey, Bryn Kenney, Josh Arieh, Brian Rast, Shaun Deeb, Joni Jouhkimainen, Stephen Chidwick, Nick Schulman, Alex Foxen, Jason Koon, and even Martin Kabrhel had to exit without prize money, as did Klemens Roiter and Jeremy Trojand.Chris Frank on bracelet courseOn the bubble, Artur Martirosian eliminated Naoya Kihara with who was all-in on the flop with . It was Christopher Frank who eliminated Sean Winter with against . On the flop the chips went in, with a turn of , and river , leaving five players.By the end of the day, Christopher Frank secured the lead with 13,660,000 chips, followed by Daniel Negreanu, with Philip Sternheimer well positioned in fourth. Everyone has already secured $1,160, and the winner will take home $1,257,718 along with the bracelet.
