WSOP 2026: Calvin Anderson wins another bracelet – Yannick Jobin finishes in 4th place

Following his victory in the $1k Razz, Calvin Anderson has now also won the $1k HORSE event at the World Series of Poker 2026 at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas.With eleven players left, the $1,000 HORSE Championship (Event #54) of the WSOP 2026 entered Day 3. In the first blind level, Brian Yoon ($1,530) and Ariel Mantel ($1,530) were eliminated, leading to a final table redraw.After the first blind increase, Chris Brewer ($1,540) was sent to the rails. The American was all-in on the 3rd Street of Razz with 5A|7 against Josh Arieh 54|3 and David Lin XX|4. Lin and Arieh played for a side pot, with Lin folding on the 6th Street. Arieh held a 6-5 low, while Brewer was drawing dead with T-7.In the next blind level, David Lin ($1,990) was eliminated. The American lost in Razz with Q-8 low against Robert Mizrachi’s perfect 7. In the same blind level, Nicolas Milgrom ($1,990) was knocked out in Hold’em with against John Veltri (Board: ).6th place went to David Bach ($1,200), who exited Razz with a 9-8 low against Calvin Anderson’s perfect 7. Then, Robert Mizrachi ($1,270) fell in Stud with two pair against Josh Arieh’s higher two pair.In the fourth blind level, Yannick Jobin ($1,350) also met his final destination. The Swiss was all-in in Stud by the 5th Street with | against Josh Arieh |. Arieh hit the for a full house, while Jobin had to settle for deuces.Five more hours passed before heads-up play began. In Stud, John Veltri ($1,150) was all-in by the 7th Street with against Calvin Anderson . Veltri turned over , and Anderson revealed for a straight.

The battle for the bracelet did not last half an hour. The final hand was dealt in Stud 8. On the 7th Street, Arieh’s board showed , while Anderson held and 3-bet his opponent all-in. Josh Arieh ($1,620) called with for a straight, but Calvin Anderson ($1,580) flipped for a flush. For Anderson, this was his second bracelet in three days and the seventh of his career.
