WSOP 2026: Strong Field at the $10k Big O Championship

After Day 1, there are already 362 entries recorded in the $1,000 Big O Championship (#42) of the World Series of Poker 2026 at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas. Sascha Manns is currently the best German player.Last year, the Big O Championship saw strong competition with 402 entries, and this year could certainly exceed that number. With 60,000 chips and 60-minute levels, ten levels were played, and 362 entries were logged. Only 132 players remained at the end, with William Kerkaert securing the lead with 500,500 chips, ahead of Chad Eveslage (489,000). Other big stacks include Sam Soverel (5th with 437k), John Racener (9th with 375k), and Dylan Linde (10th with 342k).The German-speaking players in the field didn’t make it to the top ranks, except for Sascha Manns, who starts Day 2 with 211,500 chips in 35th position. Lucas Zwingmann-Gocht (97th with 83,500), Jeremy Trojand (115th with 63,500), Tobias Hausen (122nd with 49,500), and Hanh Tran (124th with 45,500) are also returning for Day 2.Late registration is open for two levels on Day 2, with blinds currently at 1,000/2,500/2,500.
