WSOP 2026: Dammeier, Lauck, and Bauer advance in the Colossus

Day 2D of the $1 Colossus at the World Series of Poker 2026 at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas ended with 109 remaining players. This brings the total to 303 participants for Day 3.1,168 players returned for Day 2D in the $1 No-Limit Hold’em Colossus (Event #34) of WSOP 2026. 905 participants were expected to cash, but in the end, five players shared the minimum cash.Among those who cashed were Sung-Woo Hwang ($1,006), Stefan Butterfass ($1,006), Gerhard Ludwig ($1,006), Björn Leifert ($1,006), Robert Schulz ($1,006), Tomislav Peric ($1,056), Herbert Oberholzer ($1,410), Jendrik Faulhaber ($1,728), and David Wintersberger ($1,199).At the end, 109 players packed up. Among them were Tobias Dammeier (3.6 million), Jonas Lauck (1.9 million), and Benedict Bauer (1.7 million). Emiliano Guido secured the chip lead for the day with 7.7 million in chips, which ranks only 5th overall for Day 3. Leading the pack are Edouard Debrousse from France (12.5 million) and Justin Smith (9.8 million).
