However, registration was still open in the first round. An additional 33 newcomers joined, bringing the total entries to 130, exceeding last year’s number (127).The $1.21 million in prize money will be distributed among 20 players. .Ausmus made a Two Pair by the 6th Street (Suzuki folded), Baker couldn’t get past Jacks, and Mizrachi held Nines at the end. Due to the chip stacks before the hand, Baker ended up as the Bubble Boy, and Robert Mizrachi ($1,472) was the first to cash.After eight blind levels, the day concluded. Michael Mizrachi (1.42 million) is in the lead ahead of Chris Brewer (1.30 million). Mizrachi is playing for his ninth WSOP bracelet. Overall, the finalists have collectively won 28 gold bracelets so far. Only Allen Kessler and Jason Kluska are playing for their first WSOP title.
