Blake Ellinghaus has won the $5,000 World Poker Tour bestbet Scramble Championship. The American left the table with $284,500 in prize money.
The World Poker Tour was at bestbet Jacksonville from 20 August to 9 September. The WPT bestbet Scramble Championship offered $1,000,000 guaranteed. 294 entries meant 37 players shared $1.34 million.
After three flights, 110 players returned for Day 2. Only 21 survived the second cut. On Day 3, the field was trimmed to the six finalists. Blake Ellinghaus went into the final day with the chip lead. In the end, the American had every chip in front of him.
