In October, it’s time for the bounty hunt again. Among the hunted at the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star Championship is Phil Hellmuth.
The World Poker Tour and the Bay 101 Casino invite you to the Shooting Star Festival from 16 October to 1 November. Eighteen events are on the schedule, plus satellites. Side events start at $400, so no big bankroll is needed.
The $5,300 WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star Main Event is without doubt the big highlight of the series. Satellites start at $600. Anyone who makes it into the tournament can secure not only a cash but also a bounty bonus.
Selected Shooting Stars are marked for elimination and bring a bonus of $2,500. With Phil Hellmuth, a very prominent bounty player has now been introduced. But it’s not only the Shooting Stars who carry a bonus. The chip leaders of the two starting days each receive a bonus of $5,000.
