The World Poker Tour is visiting Cyprus in August and October

The World Poker Tour has announced the dates for the WPT Cyprus Championship and the WPT Prime Cyprus Championship. In August and October, it will take place at the Chamada Prestige Hotel & Casino.The schedules aren’t complete yet, but at least the framework calendar is already set. From August 12 to 24, the WPT Cyprus Championship Festival will be held. The $1,500 WPT Cyprus Championship will be decided between August 19 and 24. Three flights are planned, with a whopping $1,000,000 in guaranteed prize money drawing players to Cyprus.The WPT Prime Cyprus Festival will take place from October 7 to 19, with the $1,100 WPT Prime Cyprus Championship starting on October 15. Five flights will be offered, with a total of $1,000,000 guaranteed.“Cyprus has become an increasingly popular destination for international poker players, and we are very excited to return not just with one, but two major festivals in season 24.
