Just a few days ago, the 2026 Major Series of Poker (MSPT) Wisconsin Poker State Championship came to a close at the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino with Rob WazWaz’s victory in the Main Event. Now, another event in this popular tournament series has already been announced. At the Rock ’N’ Roll Poker Open (RRPO) at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, players can look forward to an extensive poker festival featuring a total of 55 Gold Card events from November 17 through December 2.
Thanks to a partnership between the Major Series of Poker and the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, the MSPT will host the RRPO Championship for the first time. In previous years, the Championship was affiliated with the World Poker Tour. The Championship also marks the season finale of the MSPT and is one of eight major events in 2026. The centerpiece of the festival is the $3,500 Championship, which begins on November 27 and concludes on December 2 with the fifth day of play. Two starting days are scheduled for the No-Limit Hold’em tournament. The guaranteed prize pool is $2 million.
The field of participants promises plenty of excitement: Every winner of an MSPT Main Event in the 2026 calendar year will receive a seat in the $3,500 Championship. Already in the first week of the festival, the program features a major tournament: the $400 Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em Event, which comes with a $1 million guarantee. A total of eight starting flights are scheduled for this event, beginning November 18–21 at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. The remaining two tournament days will take place on November 22 and 23.
The Platinum Stack No-Limit Hold’em is also expected to attract numerous players with a $1,100 buy-in and a $300,000 guarantee. Four starting flights are scheduled for November 22–23, including a turbo flight. The second day of the tournament follows on November 24. Other highlights include a $300 Slater Scoops Quad Stack NLH ($100k GTD), a $200 Big Stack NLH: ($150k GTD), a $600 Deep Stack Six-Max NLH ($50k GTD), a Holiday Deep Stack NLH ($50k GTD + ticket to the $3,500 Championship), and a $400 Deep Stack NLH ($100k GTD). High rollers can look forward to the $10,000 Deep Stack Six-Max NLH.
Omaha fans will also get their money’s worth. The schedule includes, among other things, Big O, five-card Pot-Limit Omaha, PLO8, and Mixed PLO formats. There are also variants such as H.O.R.S.E., T.O.R.S.E., and a ten-game mix. More information can be found on the MSPT website.
