GCLI: Luchs takes down the Early Bird

A deal among the last three players concluded the CHF 80 + 10 Early Bird (CHF 3,000 GTD) yesterday, June 2nd, at the Grand Casino Liechtenstein (GCLI).For the buy-in of CHF 80 + 10, each participant received 30,000 chips, and Early Birds received an additional 10k before the tournament started, with another 5k extra in Level 1. The blinds increased every 20 minutes. CHF 3,000 was guaranteed as the prize pool and that was maintained, with 26 entries and eleven re-entries. The top 4 places were paid, with the winner set to receive CHF 1,200. After Nobody was eliminated in 4th place, the last three players agreed on a deal, with Luchs taking CHF 930 for the win, Ines Thöni as the best lady finishing second for CHF 885, and Bambile also cashing in for CHF 885 in third place.As tomorrow is a holiday, tonight’s tournament features “No Work tomorrow” with a CHF 60 + 10 NLH tournament, where players will play with 30,000 chips and 20-minute levels for at least CHF 3,000.  The cash games continue as usual daily starting at CHF 1/3 NLH or CHF 2/2 PLO.
