Day 1B of the €200 + 20 GCA NLH Championship Event (€200,000 GTD) continued yesterday, May 14, as part of the €400,000 GTD GCA Poker Festival at Grand Casino Aš (GCA). Crocodile took the day’s victory, but Andrii remained in the lead in the overall standings.For the €200 + 20 buy-in, each participant received 100,000 chips again yesterday, and the blinds were raised every 30 minutes. With 79 starters, the turnout was slightly higher than the day before, plus there were 14 re-entries. A total of 179 entries were recorded.The goal for the day yesterday was once again to make the money; 14 players remained. Crocodile secured a narrow victory for the day with 1,316,000 chips, ahead of Stefano (1,301,000); in the overall standings, he moved up to 3rd place. Andrii is clearly in the lead with 1,904,000.Today, Day 1C will be played at 1 p.m., followed by Day 1D Turbo at 10 p.m. with 20-minute levels. There will also be two flights tomorrow, and the final will be played on Sunday with 40-minute levels.
