Casino Namur: Guillaume Marchand wins the PokerStars Open Cup ahead of Robin Schneider

After a deal among the last three players in the €400 PokerStars Open Cup at the PokerStars Open Namur 2026 at Circus Casino Resort Namur, Guillaume Marchand celebrated victory over Robin Schneider and took home €35,000.

Only nine of the 897 entries (448/449) remained and took their seats at the final table yesterday, May 31. The last two Germans, Robin Schneider and Mustafa Findik, were the short stacks, while Luxembourg’s Yoann Nigro had more room to maneuver. The leader was France’s Alban Laborie.Mustafa Findik was the first to leave the table (9th place / €4,600), followed shortly after by Yoann Nigro (8th place / €6,000). The top prize of €45,000 was not fully contested, and a deal was made among the final three players. After this, Guillaume Marchand secured the win and €35,000, with Robin Schneider as the runner-up earning €29,300. The initial chip leader finished in 3rd place, taking home €30,900.The €1,100 PS Open Main Event (€1,000,000 GTD/30k/60′) kicks off today with Day 1C, and the €3,300 PS Open Super High Roller and €330 NLH also start. Cash games continue as usual starting from €2.5/€2.5 NLH or €5/€5 PLO.
