CAPT Velden: Who will win the CAPT Velden 2026 Main Event?

Three Poker Champions are in the final of the € 500 + 50 Main Event of the Casinos Austria Poker Tour (CAPT) at Casino Velden today, with Thomas Praschk holding a clear lead. The winner can look forward to € 21,200.Yesterday, on May 23, the second regular flight started with 100,000 chips and 30-minute levels. In the evening, Day 1C was offered as a Turbo with 20-minute levels. Even at Lake Wörthersee, the beautiful summer day was the biggest competition; nevertheless, 71 players sat down at the tables, and another 18 joined in the evening for the Turbo event. Along with 18 and two re-entries, there were a total of 195 entries (162/33) and a prize pool of € 97,500.Many CAPT regulars participated, and some positioned themselves well. 13 players managed to reach the final, with Rudolf Huber coming close with 1,794,000 chips to Thomas Praschk, the chip leader from Day 1A with 1,879,000 chips. Christian Leichtfried, the 2022 European Champion, is well positioned with 1,641,000 chips, as is the current European Champion Jan Zupec (684,000). The 2024 European Champion, Harald Heigl, is also playing with 474,000 chips in the final.29 players return for the final, all guaranteed € 1,220 in prize money. The winner can look forward to € 21,200. The start is at 2 PM, and each level lasts 40 minutes.As a closing highlight, there’s the € 140 + 100 + 60 + 30 Defeat Stromi Special Bounty today.
