Resorts World New York City has opened the ‘International Room’. High rollers can play at 48 tables, as well as in three private gaming salons.
Three casino licences were awarded in New York State last year. Resorts World NYC previously operated as a racino and completed Phase 1 of its casino expansion this summer. The opening of the High Limit Room marks the next step in the process.
The venue offers an exclusive casino experience across almost 1,300 square metres. Facilities include 48 table games and three private salons offering baccarat, roulette and blackjack for high rollers. Exclusivity extends to the service, too. Guests are catered to around the clock, with the offering tailored to the needs of VIPs.
“The International Room is a major milestone in the evolution of Resorts World New York City, representing another important step toward realising our vision of a world-class integrated resort right here in Queens.
Until today, players who wanted this level of service had to leave the city to find it. Now we can offer the personal, high-touch hospitality guests expect in other destinations, which raises the bar for what’s possible in New York City. Every milestone brings us closer to delivering the full vision of for Resorts World, with more reasons for visitors to come, stay longer and return,” said Meghan Taylor, SVP of Government Affairs and Public Relations, via press release.
