The Club Poker Tour had its game day yesterday, June 13, at
Banco Bratislava, and the Austrians were well represented at the €100 Saturday Monster Stack. Alon Pinhasi denied Zaman Fazeli the victory. For the buy-in of €100, players received 100,000 chips (€10 add-on for an extra 25k). The blinds were initially raised every 30 minutes and then every 20 minutes. €20,000 was guaranteed, and with 201 entries (192 add-ons), the guarantee was comfortably surpassed. After a 10% fee and 6% for staff, €18,496 was in the pot (including 9 x €200 tickets), with payouts for the top 20 positions. The Austrians were also strong in the tournament, with hopes for the win at the final table.
