APT Online 2026 continues to set records — Winners of Events #3 and #4 have been determined

This year’s APT Online 2026 takes place from October 11 to November 2. This time around, the series offers a total of $40 million in guaranteed prize money. There are 20 Trophy Events, including 3 exclusive Lion Trophies and a Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of $5 million. In addition to their tournament winnings, each winner of the 20 Trophy Events will receive a seat in the APT Championship Main Event valued at $10,000. Yesterday, Event #3, the Thailand National Cup 6-Max, and Event #4, the Single Day High Roller – Bounty Freezeout, came to a close.

Event #3: Thailand National Cup 6-Max

With a total of 8,682 entries and a prize pool of $2,140,607, the APT Online 2026 has already surpassed last year’s record. The third event of the series, the Thailand National Cup 6-Max, focused on the short-handed format. The tournament was held for the first time in 2026 as a 6-Max event with a buy-in of 2,000 THB (approximately $60). A total of 3,488 players participated, creating a prize pool of 6,417,920 THB (approximately $191,212). This significantly exceeded the guaranteed prize pool of five million THB (approximately $148,967). Although the number of participants fell just short of the previous year’s total, the tournament still developed into a fiercely contested competition over the course of about nine hours. 510 players made it into the money, with the minimum payout set at 4,062.58 THB (approximately $121). The victory ultimately went to the Chinese player “Ocean Wave,” who prevailed in heads-up play against the Slovakian player “LostDollarex.” For the title and first place, he received 748,871.51 THB (approximately 22,311 U.S. dollars). The runner-up took home 555,538.69 THB (approximately $16,551). Third place went to the Chinese player “GaoLq1,” who took home 412,118.87 THB (approximately $12,278).

Event #4: $525 Single Day High Roller – Bounty Freezeout

The $525 Event #4: Single Day High Roller – Bounty Freezeout ($300,000 GTD) is a brand-new addition to the APT Online calendar. The tournament attracted 722 entrants on its debut. There are progressive bounties of at least $125 for each opponent eliminated. The guaranteed prize pool was exceeded by more than 20 percent. In the end, $361,000 was up for grabs. 84 places were paid, and the minimum payouts started at $552.92. Mexico-based “Flyby” secured the title, the trophy, and the prize money of $22,020.65, as well as an additional $28,051.10 in bounties, after negotiating a deal with his heads-up opponent “BIROSKA.” Second place took home $22,020.25 in prize money and $12,226.81 in bounties. The Taiwanese player “dinofarm69” rounded out the podium, receiving $17,497.25 for third place and an additional $3,375.98 in bounties.

Players have several opportunities to qualify for the USD 5M GTD APT Championship Main Event Freezeout in Taipei (November 23–27). All 20 winners of the APTO Trophy Event will receive a seat worth $10,000, while every participant in the APT Online tournament is automatically qualified for the $100K Freeroll to the APT Championship on November 7.
