WSOP 2026: Dylan Smith wins the bracelet in Mixed Big Bet

Dylan Smith won his first bracelet at the World Series of Poker 2026 at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas.The $1,500 Mixed Big Bet 7-Handed (Event #71) of the WSOP 2026 started the final day with 13 players left. The final table was reached in the fourth blind level of the day. Two more hours were played until the first elimination occurred.In PL Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw, Steve Billirakis ($1,964) went all-in against Matt Vengrin before the first draw. Vengrin drew two cards and made a Perfect 7, while Billirakis drew twice and exited with a Rough 7.Danny Chang ($1,075) also fell in PL 2-7. The American went all-in after the first draw against Naoya Kihara and drew twice. Kihara didn’t break the 7-6 Low, and in the end, Chang drew a T for 7-5-3-2.Hiroyuki Noda ($1,706) had a similar fate. The Japanese player went all-in in the first betting round, drew three cards, and made a Q-8 Low. The pot went to Dylan Smith, who made a 9-7 Low before the last draw.At the sixth blind level, they moved into heads-up play. In NLH, Renan Bruschi ($1,889) was eliminated with against Dylan Smith’s . In NL 2-7 Single Draw, Smith sent Naoya Kihara ($1,984) to the rail with a Pat J-8 Low after Kihara made a pair with a 9 (9-4-3-2).The heads-up lasted about 30 minutes. Matt Vengrin ($1,647) went all-in after the first draw. Both Vengrin and Dylan Smith drew one more card and stayed pat on the final draw. Vengrin held a T-8 Low, while Smith turned over an 8-7 Low and took home $1,591 in prize money along with the bracelet.
