WSOP 2026: Franz Holzner on top in the $5k NHL 6-Max

348 players survived the starting day of the $1,000 NLH 6-Max at the World Series of Poker 2026. Franz Holzner enters the next round from 4th place.The WSOP 2026 kicked off yesterday at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas with the $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed (Event #73). The tournament is scheduled for four days. During the first twelve blind levels, players can register or take an optional re-entry.Ten levels were played on the first day. A total of 1,018 entries were made, building a prize pool of $1.69 million. Sergei Kislinskii from the USA leads with 936,500 in chips. Franz Holzner is also in a strong position with 544,000.Also making it to Day 2 are Dietrich Fast (254,000), Matt Bode (253,500), Hannes Jeschka (237,000), Mohamad El-Rais (210,000), Oliver Weis (202,000), Akin Tuna (197,000), Erik Eisen (174,000), Stanislav Zegal (157,500), Stefan Nemetz (144,500), Siegfried Friedl (143,000), Tom Fuchs (135,500), Bruno Gmur (118,000), Daniel Rezaei (75,000), Frederik Thiemer (50,000), David Kaufmann (48,500), and Timo Kamphues (25,000).
