WSOP 2026: Sascha Wilhelm chases Michael Mizrachi in the $10k PLO

In the $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship of the World Series of Poker 2026 at the Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas, 270 players survived the starting day. Michael Mizrachi leads the field, while Sascha Wilhelm is in 10th place.The $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship (Event #70) of the WSOP 2026 is a freezeout. A total of 729 players entered for the starting day. Ten blind levels were played, and registration remains open for two more rounds on Day 2.At the end of the day, there were still 270 participants at the tables. Michael Mizrachi leads with 946,000 in chips. Joseph Liberta (716,000) and Steven Sarmiento (715,000) hold the 2nd and 3rd positions. Sascha Wilhelm (374,000) from Germany is in 10th place.Also advancing are Nino Pansier (300,000), Klemens Roiter (213,500), Paul Haus (212,000), Max Neugebauer (191,000), Christian Van Doellen (148,000), Manuel Fischer (139,500), Dennis Weiss (109,500), Maximilian Lehmanski (106,000), Enrico Rudelitz (80,000), Daniel Smuskovics (75,000), and Grzegorz Derkowski (75,000).
