Lou Brayden has won his first bracelet in the $1 Freezeout of the World Series of Poker 2026.Out of the 4,100 entrants in the $1 No-Limit Hold’em Freezeout (Event #25) of WSOP 2026, 162 remaining participants returned to the tables at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas. The paid spots were already reached, making the first goal of the day the final table.Paco Fromaigeat (146th/$1,515) and Fabian Keller (103rd/$1,702) had to pack up early. Stephane Tortorella ($1,369) was close to the final table. His exit came with against the kings of Sam Ruha.

Jason Hoffman had a good start and doubled up twice. Another hand then brought him the lead. The American was inches away from the bracelet. Hoffman bet the flop , Lou Brayden went all-in with and without hesitation, Hoffman called with . The turn gave Brayden the higher two pair and the river was no help for Jason Hoffman.Shortly after, he went all-in with , and Lou Brayden didn’t fold , with the board running out , securing his tournament victory. Brayden took home $1,066 and his first bracelet, while Jason Hoffman left the table with $1,441.
