Not only at the major festivals in Las Vegas are the ladies increasingly featured, but also in Europe, ladies events are on the rise. In the coming weeks, there won’t just be the Ladies EM, but numerous WSOP Circuit Ring Events and unique festivals await.
The
King’s Resort Rozvadov offers dedicated ladies tournaments for many of its events. The buy-ins are up to a maximum of €200, and there are attractive prize guarantees as well.A true highlight is of course the
Ladies EM in Casino Velden. On July 16th and 17th, the €300 + 30 Ladies Event will be played. So far, Jessica Teusl holds the record with three titles, but Anca Eggenberger is especially aiming for her second title every year. Not all WSOP Circuit stops have a Ladies Ring Event, but the upcoming ones do. On July 27th, at the WSOPC in Tallinn, players will contend for a gold ring in the €350 Ladies Event. Additionally, at the
WSOPC in Card Casino Samorin near Bratislava, the €350 Ladies Event (€10,000 GTD) on August 6th is also for a gold ring.
Texapoker is responsible for the WSOP Circuits in Paris and Malta, both stops feature a €300 Ladies Ring Event each. As with any open ring event, there is also a $1k WSOPP Package on top for the ladies events.A special ladies festival will take place from August 27th to 31st in Tallinn, when a new edition of the Queens of Tallinn will be played. It features a €555 Main Event and numerous side events. The Scandinavian ladies will be prominently represented here, but it is definitely a festival worth traveling to Tallinn for.The
Wicked Alliance is responsible for the CHF 200 Bad Girls Poker Open on August 22nd at the Grand Casino Liechtenstein, while on September 6th at the Grand Casino Basel, as part of the
Swiss Poker Series, the CHF 125 + 25 Swiss Poker Ladies Event will take place. The
Swiss Poker Ladies Championship is scheduled for October 10th at Prestige Poker Dietlikon, with registration already possible at
buy-in.info.Last but definitely not least, the
Herzdamen Festival at the Grand Casino Asch deserves a mention. Even though the festival doesn’t feature a single ladies tournament, it is still a fantastic ladies event. With many non-ladies also eager to attend this festival. Because it’s simply a grand festival from September 16th to 20th, with an attractive prize guarantee of €100,000, and hardly any festival spreads such great vibes. The following overview makes no claim to completeness, as not all tournament schedules for the year-end have been published yet.
