GGWF: Massive Sunday with many DACH successes

It was a massive Sunday at the GG World Festival (GGWF) on GGPoker with numerous victories and podium finishes for the DACH community.Both the $1 GGMasters and the $1,050 GGMasters HR will determine their champions today. Both tournaments had a guaranteed prize pool of over a million, which they easily surpassed. In the $1 GGMasters, there is hope for a German-speaking victory as Rattlinger starts from 4th place and can still hope for the top prize of $1,850. In the $1,050 GGMasters, Sebastian Schulze was the last German-speaking player eliminated in 10th place ($1,236). The winner here takes home $1,504.

Today, players can still enter the Phase-H Main Event, the $1 World Bounty Festival. There have already been 17,728 entries, and the $1,000,000 guarantee will likely be surpassed in the last flights. Currently, the best German in Day 2, which starts this evening, is Hossein Madani in 3rd place. There are still satellites and flights available until 6:40 PM!

The $1,000 GGMillion$ Phase-S Main Event has opened. Next week, $1,000,000 awaits in the pot. There were a strong 218 entries (164/54) yesterday, and the first 21 players secured their spots in Day 2. Caspar Engelien took a clear chip lead ahead of Sven Andersson. There are still flights until next Monday (May 25), especially in the last two, where strong numbers are expected again. Definitely take advantage of the satellites!

Spartaner 300 started with a victory in the $1 Sunday Kickstarter ($1,359 + $1,230), ProfaNic_v2 finished 3rd for $1,999 + $1,705, but also claimed victory in the $1 Sunday Showdown Asia ($1,619 + $1,737).Teo Tedd won the $1 Sunday Kickstarter ($1,579 + $1,312), with NikMor as runner-up for $1,571 + $1,415. In the ¥800 Zodiac Turbo Festival, Emmella took 2nd place for ¥484,012, while 7353 won the $1 Sunday Monster Stack ($1,462). Sebastian Gähl finished 3rd in the $1,625 Sunday Monster Stack for $1,519, Tim Krämer placed 4th for $1,541, and Max Buschmann took home $1,349 for 5th place.Dennis Völz was runner-up in the $1 Sunday Marathon for $1,772, 11845536 finished 4th for $1,486, and Daniel Smiljkovic collected $1,026 for 5th place. 11845536 also claimed victory in the $1.50 Sunday Marathon for $1,271, while OilMoneyy was the runner-up in the $1 Grand Prix Europe after a 3-way deal for $1,380.CliffLine won the $1 Grand Prix Europe for $1,040, and theexcellence finished 3rd in the $1 Bounty Hunters for $1.35 + $1.In the $1 Bounty Hunters Sunday Main Event, there were a strong 24,611 entries yesterday, babemerv finished 7th for $1,746 + $1,470, JohnCool came in 8th for $1,717 + $1, and KingKvn took home $1,310 + $1,392 for 9th place.Le Veldhuis was defeated by Corentin Soulier in the $1,250 Bounty Hunters Sunday Main Event, receiving $1,382 + $1,640, while Soulier celebrated a win of $1,382 + $1,859.madmax77 snatched the victory in the $1 Sunday Main Event for $1,631, while chabOOOm placed 3rd in the $1 Sunday Main Event ahead of Chris Pütz (4th/$1,858). Benjamin Rolle finished 3rd in the $1,250 Sunday Main Event for $1,921, and Steve-Ohhh! was the runner-up in the $1 GGMasters Bounty King for $1,499 + $1,460.
