The luxury resort in the United Arab Emirates is becoming even more exclusive. Wynn Resorts has introduced Wynn Marina. A superyacht harbour for the super rich.
Despite construction delays, the first casino resort in the UAE is set to open as early as next year. Wynn Resorts has now revealed another detail about the prestigious billion‑dollar project. Wynn Marina offers 98 berths for the super rich who want to dock with their yacht or even superyacht.
That’s if the boat has a maximum length of 85 metres and a draft of no more than 5 metres. Anyone who still wants to travel to Wynn Al Marjan Island by plane must accept that Dubai Airport is around 80 kilometres away.
“Wynn Marina has been conceived as a direct extension of Wynn Al Marjan Island. Guests will move effortlessly between life on the water and experiences throughout the resort, from dining and entertainment to accommodations and waterfront amenities.
It is not simply a place to berth a yacht, but an integral part of the destination,” said Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island, in a press release. With Wynn Marina, a new landmark is to be created and unmistakably integrated into the resort.
At the same time, the docked yachts will also be integrated. Wynn Resorts will take care of supplying the yachts, including provisioning support, and also offers a service if guests prefer to celebrate on the boat.
