WSOP Circuit 2026 Madrid: Wins for Duarte, Campanile, and Bennoun

The first WSOP Circuit event is currently taking place in Madrid. From October 23 to November 2, 2026, more than 50 tournaments are scheduled at the Casino Gran Via. Eleven rings will be awarded. The winners of three more events have now been determined.

WSOPC Event #2: €550 No-Limit Hold’em Seniors

Following Salvador Sala Garcia’s victory in Event #1, the €300 Mini Main Event, 126 participants in WSOPC Event #2—the €550 No-Limit Hold’em Seniors event—generated a prize pool of €58,035. Nineteen players were set to finish in the money. The minimum cash prize was €1,140. In the end, Portugal’s Nuno Duarte secured €14,800 in prize money, the winner’s ring, and a $5,000 package to the WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas. Duarte had already shown signs of his strong form earlier this month with a 7th-place finish in the €350 Bigstack at the WSOP Circuit Malta.

WSOPC Event #3: €550 No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty

WSOPC Event #3, the €550 No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty, attracted 622 entries across three starting flights. This brought the prize pool to €286,493.20. The top 94 players finished in the money and were guaranteed at least €525. In the end, the €25,700 first-place prize went to Enrico Campanile of Italy. He prevailed in heads-up play against Daniel Heredi of Hungary, who took home €17,100 for second place.

WSOPC Event #5: €500 No-Limit Hold’em Knockout

Yesterday, Event #5 also came to a close at the 2026 WSOP Circuit in Madrid. In the €500 No-Limit Hold’em Knockout, 274 players paid the buy-in. The prize pool totaled €115,902, and 42 places were paid. Players who finished in the money were guaranteed at least €530. In the heads-up match, France’s Jeremie Bennoun faced off against Italy’s Marcelo Mayer Sgari. Bennoun ultimately claimed the victory and €13,500. Sgari took home €8,850.

Today’s schedule at Casino Gran Via includes, among other events, Day 1A of the €1,500 Main Event and Day 2 of the €2,500 High Roller. For more information, visit the WSOP website.
