Now, from December 16 to 21, 2026, the OLA Poker Tour will make its second stop at the Asia Poker Arena in Taipei since 2025. A total of TWD 16.6 million in guaranteed prize money awaits participants, along with the Main Event featuring a prize pool of ten million Taiwan dollars. In addition, there will be numerous side events, bounty tournaments, high roller events, Omaha events, online qualification opportunities, and a team competition with additional bonus prizes.

The OLA Poker Tour Taipei 2026 schedule features a total of 30 tournaments. Sixteen of these events will feature knockout formats, including Mystery Bounty, Survival Bounty, and Big Bounty. Buy-ins range from TWD 3,000 to TWD 55,000. For the first time, the OLA Poker Tour in Taipei will also feature tournaments in Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) and Short Deck (“6+”) variants.

The highlight of the festival is, of course, the OLA Main Event. With a buy-in of TWD 22,000, the tournament offers a guaranteed prize pool of TWD 10,000,000. The five starting flights will be played between December 18 and 20. In addition to four regular starting flights, a Turbo flight is also scheduled. 15 percent of participants will reach the paid places. The minimum cash prize is TWD 40,000.

New this year are the online qualifiers on KKPOKER, through which players can secure a seat for Day 2 in advance. According to the provider, satellites start as low as $3. Players who participate in multiple live or online starting flights may bring their largest chip stack into Day 2. Any additional chip stacks will be forfeited and compensated with an additional payment of TWD 40,000. Last year, Seiji Sasaki of Japan won the Main Event and took home TWD 1,817,000, equivalent to approximately $57,598.

The team competition will also return in 2026. In the OLA Poker Tour Team Event, teams of four to five players will compete against one another. Each team is led by a captain. A total of TWD 120,000 in bonus prizes is available, distributed across three competitions. The first eight teams to register by October 31, 2026, will receive an MTT voucher worth TWD 1,000 per team member. The team photo on the OLA Poker Tour’s official Instagram channel with the most likes will also win TWD 20,000.

Early registrants (who make a deposit of TWD 100,000 by November 30, 2026) and high-roller players who take a seat at the table at Level 1 in one of the eligible tournaments and play at least one hand will be eligible for “early-bird promotions” await.
