This year, the Casinos Austria Poker Tour (CAPT) isn’t just making a fall stop at Casino Seefeld—there’s also a second CAPT event at Casino Innsbruck, which will feature mixed games. Both stops will once again offer unique trophies that have long since become collector’s items.
CAPT Seefeld (October 7–11)
The smaller CAPT event at Casino Seefeld has long since established itself. Compared to the two-week winter spectacle, this second stop is significantly shorter and much more affordable, yet very popular among players. The Main Event features a €500 + 50 buy-in. For the first time, there will be a preliminary flight at Casino Innsbruck on October 3, followed by the Main Event at Casino Seefeld from October 9 to 11. The conditions—100,000 chips and 30- to 60-minute levels—are familiar and ensure a great tournament. The two-day €1,000 + 100 Unicorn High Roller is also worth checking out. On October 7 and 8, play will feature 200,000 chips and 30-minute levels. While the €200 + 30 Opening and the €300 + 30 Classic offer more affordable alternatives, high rollers can compete for the unique Unicorn Trophy. And yes, the winner gets to keep it—it’s not a traveling trophy.

CAPT Innsbruck (November 2–8)
For the first time, the CAPT is returning to Casino Innsbruck for a second time. The stop will last a week and marks the CAPT’s first mixed games stop. Seven Card Stud, OFC, PL Omaha Hi-Lo, classic PLO, NLH/PLO, and a massive two-day €500 + 50 Mixed Games T.O.R.S.E. tournament await the players. Some mixed games enthusiasts have already confirmed their attendance for November, so we can certainly look forward to some great action. In any case, there will also be a unique trophy for the T.O.R.S.E. winner here.
NLH players won’t be left out either—there’s also a daily NLH tournament with a moderate buy-in. The CAPT Innsbruck Main Event is a three-day €1,000 + 100 NLH tournament that features 100,000 chips and slow 60-minute levels, offering plenty of room to play. Re-entry is allowed on both starting days, and late registration ends after two levels on Day 2.
While the CAPT Main Event is all about winning, two CAPT Million Flights are also being offered. On Saturday and Sunday, the slow 60-minute heats will be played, and on Sunday there will also be a one-day flight with 30-minute levels.

Of course, there will also be plenty of cash games during the CAPTs, starting at blinds of €1/3 NLH and €2/2 PLO; other variants are also welcome.
