The Sunday Million Anniversary 20 will then take place on September 6.On March 5, 2006, the first edition of the Sunday Million took place. 5,893 players put up the $1 buy-in, breaking the guarantee. The lion’s share of the total $1.18 million was secured by American Daryl “aaaaaaaa” Jace ($1,844).For a long time, the Sunday Million was the most important tournament of the week. Nowadays, the format is only played during the biggest series. However, PokerStars continues to uphold the tradition.On Sunday, September 6, the Sunday Million 20th Anniversary will be played.
