SirYussen has won the $1,200 PLO Main Event of the PokerStars Anniversary Series 2026. The German-speaking players took home gold in the side events.Last night, the PLO Main Event was decided at the Anniversary Series on PokerStars. Gladi3 from Austria cashed in $1,997.55 for 3rd place in the $1 PLO Main Event. There, the Finn mekk0ranki grabbed the title for $1,473.08.In the $1,050 PLO Main Event, the Swede pkr_falk ($1,271.90) came out on top. Due to a heads-up deal, runner-up O’KoneI received $1,949.72. The $1,200 PLO Main Event was contested between SirYussen ($1,244.85) from the United Kingdom and Finnish player check_lol (2nd/$1,865.94).The German-speaking poker community celebrated victories with wanderer_pro ($1,742.72; $1 Deep Stacks), Tobsen_TE9 ($1,285.82 + $1,335.92; $1,050 NLHE PKO), JenCoolian ($1,570; $1 NLH), Keep3r ($1,360.08; $1,050 PLO8), kamikaze0604 ($1,037.88 + $1.43; $1.50 NLHE 6-Max Turbo PKO), and assel007 ($1,544.49 + $1,789.01; $1 NLHE 6-Max Turbo PKO) with six winners during the series.In the side events, 2TooManyTimes won ($1,203 + $1,906.25; $1 StacKOsaurus). The DACH winners also included the Austrian candidate Jorge “jorginho88” Abreu ($1,398.31; $1,050 Super Tuesday HR).The decisions in the NLHE Main Event are still pending. The German-speaking players have already exited, but with Jans “Graftekkel” Arends, there is at least one finalist playing under the Austrian flag in the $1k Main Event. The Dutch player is starting in 4th place heading into the final. The lead is held by Fabiano “Kovalski1” Kovalski ahead of Sam “€urop€an” Vousden.
