GGWF: Gold and Silver for Sebastian Gähl

Rank 8 for Tobias Eichseher at the $1,500 GGWorld Championship during the GG World Festival (GGWF) on GGPoker. You can slowly feel the WSOP impact, but there were again some successes for the DACH region.Only nine players took a seat at the Final Table of the $1,500 GG World Championship. 7,309 entries (5908/1,401) created a prize pool of $1,415,325, and much of that awaited in the final. Everyone had secured $1,213, while the winner could look forward to $1,393,494. Tobias Eichenseher was the last German-speaking representative at the table, starting the final from rank 8. Unfortunately, it didn’t go well for him; he finished in 8th place for $1,886. Sergi Reixach, who had led the final table, also couldn’t get beyond 5th place ($1,500). With three players left, a deal was made that made all three millionaires. Filthiest secured the most money with $1,109,637 but finished in 3rd place. Max Rotko collected $1,094,691 as the runner-up. Lord Given, who was shortstack at the time of the deal, took the victory and celebrated with $1,091,345.unknown1_ was happy to take home $1,029 for 3rd place in the $1 Double Dragon, while Darin01 finished 3rd in the $1 Alpine Arena and took away $1,451 after a deal.Sebastian Gähl shared 2nd place at the $1,625 Double Dragon with Andrii Novak, earning $1,982, and then later won the $1,250 Bounty Hunters Daily Main for $1,151 + $1,375.Ole Schemion gathered $1,797 for 3rd place in the $1,500 Alpine Arena, while Laniver took home $1,944 + $1,923 as the runner-up in the $1 Tuesday Takedown. Sion Beckmann received $1,660 + $1,687 for 2nd place in the $1,500 Tuesday Deepstack Heater, with Maurico Pais taking $1,793 + $1,062 for 3rd. gleichesHOLZ was the runner-up in the $1 Bounty Bonanza for $1,660 + $1,293, and OmgItsAA- claimed the victory at the $1,625 Bounty Bonanza for $1,574 + $1,981.
