CAPT Bregenz: Anca Eggenberger plays at the Bodensee Poker Championship

The numbers from last year were comfortably surpassed at the € 300 + 30 Bodensee Poker Championship (€ 30,000 GTD) of the Casinos Austria Poker Tour (CAPT) at Casino Bregenz. On June 2nd, Day 1B, Anca Eggenberger secured the overall lead, but Coconut1903 came out on top.

Yesterday, the tables started with 30,000 chips and 30-minute levels. The € 30,000 prize pool guarantee was already exceeded on Day 1A, and Day 1B grew even larger with 89 participants and 50 re-entries. In total, there were 251 entries (162/89), comfortably surpassing last year’s numbers. The guarantee was more than doubled, with a total of € 75,300 in the pot.The day’s goal was again to reach the money spots with around 15% of the entries. With 139 entries, 21 players were set to reach the final. Celine Zimmermann, who had already advanced as a short stack on Day 1A, managed to build a solid stack of 345,000 chips this time and cashed € 1,000 for the dual qualification. Anka Eggenberger secured the day’s win with 478,000 chips, taking 2nd place overall. Nadja Sutter also had a great Day 1B, finishing strong with 283,000 chips.

Coconut1903 leads the remaining 37 players into the final today, all securing € 660 as a min-cash. The winner stands to take home € 15,500. The blinds start at 4k/8k/8k (26 minutes left).At 5 PM, the final day begins with 40-minute levels, and at 7 PM, the € 100 + 20 main event satellite kicks off (20k/20′). Cash games start at € 1/3 NLH (usually from € 2/5 NLH) or € 2/2 PLO, with some extra cash prizes.
