Card Casino Samorin: Christian Sykora with a strong start at the Royal

Yesterday, July 10th, the €200 Royal (€250,000 GTD) continued at the Card Casino Samorin near Bratislava with two flights, and the previous numbers were doubled. Christian Sykora had an excellent start and is currently in 2nd place overall. Day 1C and 1D were each played with 100,000 chips and 30-minute levels, targeting a cash prize (10% of the entries). Also, yesterday a €1,500 WSOPC ticket was raffled among the entries until the end of Level 2. With 90 and 121 entries, nine and twelve players respectively advanced to Day 2. Day 1C was won by Laszlo Szabo (1,555,000), while Day 1D was taken by Christian Sykora, who now has 1,715,000 chips and is in 2nd place behind Julius Legen (2,105,000). Once again, there was no double qualification yesterday (2 x €1,000 bonus / 3 x €2,000 / 4 x €4,000).Today, there are regular flights at 12 PM and 5 PM, with an option to start off with 20-minute levels at 10 PM. Tomorrow, there will also be a Turbo (12′) and, of course, flipping will be allowed. Today, a side event awaits with the €50 + 50 PLO 4,5,6 Knockout (€5,000 GTD/30k/25′).
