Pro poker player Johannes “Jepser8” Straver has won the $1,000 Super High Roller of the PokerStars Anniversary Series 2026.The Anniversary Series on PokerStars is coming to an end. To close out, several high rollers were on the schedule. In the $1k NLHE SHR, 24 starters and ten re-entries were not enough to break the $1,000 GTD.In the end, the victory went to Johannes Straver ($1,769.25) and Artem “Oledjan” Prostak ($1,345). The two other Austrians RUMUKULUS (4th/$1,415.50) and Dejan “dejanlc357” Kaladjurdjevic (5th/$1,626.35) were among the finalists.Niklas “Lena900” Åstedt ($1,096.19) took down the $1,200 NLHE Turbo. There, Sxmon ($1,381.85) finished in 5th place. In the $1,100 NLHE, Patrick “pads1161” Leonard ($1,501.40) secured another title, and RicoMinibAby ($1,591.03) placed 3rd.With YannickPoker1 ($1,870.48; $1 Sunday Kickoff) and frankyfcn ($1,346.50 + $1,021.36; $1.50 NLHE PKO), there were also two winners from our region. Among those making it to the podium were Dönig (2nd/$1,201.02 + $1,701.20; $1 NLHE PKO) and oPyri (3rd/$1,298.99 + $1,812.50; $1 NLHE PKO). 01~CCAA~07 ($1,526.14 + $1,047.63; $1 Eliminator HR) had success in the side events.Registrations for the main event tournaments are now closed. None of the six events broke the guarantee. The PLO Main Event will be decided today. The NLH Main Event will continue until the final table today.
